Waynetown - Miss Anna Elizabeth Marie Kruger, 79, Waynetown correspondent of the Lafayette Journal and Courier since 1931, died at 8:06 am Monday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. Complications following a fall at her home Friday were blamed. Born at Crawfordsville, she was a former resident of Covington. In Waynetown she was a member of the Methodist Church. A graduate of Crawfordsville Business College, she was employed as a stenographer at Indianapolis 20 years and returned to Waynetown in 1926 to reside with her brother, Walter. She was a member of the Waynetown Flower Lovers Club. For several years she was an antique collector and dealer and was the Waynetown correspondent for a number of newspapers.
